Ms. Kelly' responsibilities include critical human resource functions such as succession and performance management, talent acquisition, total rewards, pensions, health and wellness, operational training, and labour and employee relations.
Ms. Kelly began her career as an IFR Air Traffic Controller in 2001 in Winnipeg Flight Information Region. She continued to assume progressively more senior positions as Shift Manager, Manager Air Traffic Control Operational Requirements and Manager, Area Control Centre Operations in Winnipeg before moving to Edmonton in 2016 to become General Manager, Edmonton Flight Information Region.
In 2018, Ms. Kelly moved to Ottawa and assumed the new role of Assistant Vice President, Corporate Planning & Performance where she formed a group responsible for Corporate Planning, Change Management, Corporate Performance, Analytics and Workforce Planning in support of NAV CANADA’s strategic direction.
She then served as Vice President, Chief Safety and Quality Officer where she was responsible for establishing safety policy, assessing the effectiveness of risk management policies, practices and procedures and collecting and analyzing risk-related data.
