2021-04-30 Winnipeg FIC

Some RCOs (call sign “WINNIPEG RADIO”) are being transferred to the Edmonton FIC in preparation for the closure of the Winnipeg FIC. Flight Planning and Alerting Services in these areas are also being transferred as part of this change. Pilots requiring Flight Information Services Enroute (FISE) via these RCOs should use the new call sign as follows:
